- Initial consultation meetings and following up meetings
- Meetings with property seller on the point of terms and conditions when requested by the client
- Assisting with obtaining tax number for the client
- Assisting with opening bank account for the client
- Completing full legal survey of the property
- Getting property report prepared by (survey report) mapping engineer/property value expert
- Translating the survey report to English
- Obtaining official property value report by registered property evaluator
- Handling the total money exchange between the client and the seller
- Making payments to the government for the sale tax
- Representing the client at the sale via Power of Attorney (Proxy)
- Arranging the sale contract on behalf of the client (both in English and Turkish)
- Altering sale contract upon request
- Obtaining DASK (obligatory earthquake insurance) for the subject property
- Finalizing the sale at the title deeds office
- Signing the official sale document at the title deed office on behalf of the client
- Finalizing the real estate dealers payment and obtaining payment receipt (both in English and Turkish)
- After sale follow up meeting about the future works related to the property
- Making the initial application about the property that the client purchased (obtaining municipality number) to the relevant municipality office for the client
- Arranging private health insurance for the residency permit for the client
- Making application for the change of electricity and water connections to the property on Client’s name
- Preparing the file for the residency (both in English and Turkish)
- Obtaining initial meeting at the immigration office on behalf of the client
- Making payments for residency at the tax office or entitled banks
- Assisting the client at the immigration office appointment
- Following the application status & receiving the residency permit on behalf of the client
Note : The government costs , notarized translation costs , notary costs, Earthquake insurance , private health insurance, and fees related to the residency application will be paid by the Client separately when requested.
